Common questions

Before we talk.

Is Reputation Rise a PR agency?

No. Reputation Rise is an independent executive reputation advisory practice. It does not run press offices, pitch media on retainer, or operate a PR account team. Every engagement is direct, senior-level counsel from Danielle on reputation strategy, with specialist inputs brought in via her international advisory network when needed.

Who does Danielle work with personally?

Every engagement is led by Danielle directly. Clients do not work with junior handlers or account teams. For specialist expertise — geo-cultural, legal, AI, regulatory — she draws on an established advisory network.

What is the CEO Effect?

The principle that the reputation of an individual CEO is now a material component of the organisation's reputation, market value and resilience. In markets shaped by AI, polarised politics and compressed news cycles, search engines, algorithms and institutional investors all read the CEO as a proxy for the business. A risk to the CEO is a risk to the company.

What's the difference between crisis communications and the 30-60-90 Sprint?

Traditional crisis comms is reactive — triggered once a crisis has broken. The Mission-Critical Sprint is structured and can be run proactively for organisations facing foreseen high-stakes moments, as well as in response to live scrutiny. It delivers hour-by-hour frameworks and clear accountability across legal, comms, board and executive before, during and after the moment.

Is Reputation Rise available outside the UK?

Yes. Reputation Rise is based in London and works with leaders and organisations across the United Kingdom, United States and internationally — via video and in-person as the engagement requires.

How do enquiries work?

A short message via the confidential contact form is enough. Danielle reads every enquiry personally and replies within one working day. No mailing list. No follow-up unless requested.
